1. Introduction

Welcome to LusitoHub. By accessing or using our Website, mobile app, or any other services provided by LusitoHub ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. Overview

By accessing the Website, you agree to the following terms with LusitoHub.

We may amend this User Agreement and any linked information from time to time by posting amended terms on the Website, without notice to you.

The Website is an online venue where Users buy and sell Seller Services and items. Buyers and Sellers must register for an Account in order to buy or sell Seller Services and/or items.

We are not a party to any contractual agreements between Buyer and Seller in the online venue; we merely facilitate connections between the parties.

3. Definitions

  • Account: means the account associated with your email address used to access LusitoHub services.
  • Buyer: means a User that purchases Seller Services, items, or identifies a Seller through the Website.
  • Contest Brief: refers to the document outlining the requirements and scope of a Contest.
  • Contest Handover: means the agreement between the Buyer and the winning Seller(s) under which ownership of the winning entry is transferred to the Buyer.
  • "User", "you", or "your": refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Website.
  • Entrant: refers to a Seller participating in a Contest.
  • Seller: refers to a User offering services or items through the Website.
  • Seller Services: refers to all services provided by a Seller.
  • Local Job: means services requiring the Buyer and Seller to operate in a specific location.
  • Project: refers to any job offered or awarded through the Website, including Contests, services, or Listings.
  • Milestone Payment: refers to a payment made by a Buyer for Seller Services, held securely until project milestones are achieved.
  • Intellectual Property Rights: means all intellectual property rights worldwide, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.
  • Inactive Account: means an Account not logged into for six months or a period determined by LusitoHub.
  • User Contract: means: (1) this agreement; (2) the Code of Conduct; (3) Project-specific terms agreed between Buyers and Sellers; and (4) any additional agreements incorporated by reference.
  • Website: refers to the LusitoHub platform and related services, including web, mobile, and API access.
  • LusitoHub Services: refers to all services provided by LusitoHub to Users.

4. Scope

Before using the Website, you must read and accept all of the terms in, and linked to:

  • This User Agreement
  • The Code of Conduct
  • The LusitoHub Privacy Policy
  • All Website policies

5. Eligibility

You will not use the Website if you:

  • ✘ Are not able to form legally binding contracts
  • ✘ Are under the age of 16
  • ✘ Are suspended from using the Website
  • ✘ Do not hold a valid email address

6. Using LusitoHub

While using the Website, you agree not to:

  • Post content in inappropriate categories
  • Infringe any laws or third-party rights
  • Fail to deliver payment for services
  • Circumvent the fee structure
  • Post false or misleading content

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright Policy

LusitoHub and all its trademarks are the property of SwaziCore Technologies Pty. All rights reserved. Unauthorized use of the trademarks, logos, or content on the platform is strictly prohibited. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged intellectual property rights infringement. Our Copyright Infringement Policy is designed to make submitting notices of alleged infringement to us as straightforward as possible while reducing the number of notices that we receive that are fraudulent or difficult to understand or verify.

8. Fees and Services

We charge fees for certain services, such as:

  • Introduction fees for Projects
  • Listing upgrades
  • Memberships

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Eswatini Lilangeni (SZL).
